3 Deposit Limits

4 Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods

A time-out is a short-term voluntary suspension of your 7bd9 account. It is designed for players who feel they need a temporary break from gambling without committing to a longer-term self-exclusion. 5 Self-Exclusion

When you self-exclude from 7bd9, your account is locked for a minimum period of 6 months. During this period you cannot log in, deposit, or gamble on the platform under any circumstances — including via a new account, a different device, or a different payment method.

Any balance remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your original deposit method within 5 working days.

Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the minimum period has elapsed will not be actioned. After the minimum period, reinstatement of your account requires you to contact support, pass a brief reintegration assessment, and confirm your consent to the current Terms & Conditions. There is no automatic reactivation after self-exclusion.

6 Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
