1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses, browses, or uses any feature of the 7bd9 platform at 7bd9.vip ("the Platform"). By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by logging into an existing account, or by placing any bet or making any deposit, you enter into a binding agreement with 7bd9 and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full — including any policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

7bd9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published at 7bd9.vip/terms-conditions and will become effective immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to initiate account closure.

These Terms are written in English. The English version is the sole authoritative text for all purposes, including dispute resolution. Any translation or summary is provided for convenience only and does not have legal effect.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 7bd9 platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 7bd9 constitutes a declaration that you are at least 18 years of age. 7bd9 strictly prohibits underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction.

During the account verification process, 7bd9 requires you to submit a valid government-issued identity document. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a Birth Registration Certificate for players who do not yet hold an NID. Documents must be current, legible, and bear a photograph. If the identity verification process indicates that a user may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any winnings accrued during the period of use will be void and subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

Eligibility to use 7bd9 is also conditional on the following:

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and you are not funding your account with money belonging to another person without their express written consent.
• You do not have an active self-exclusion arrangement in place with 7bd9 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 7bd9 employee or contractor in a role that provides access to non-public platform data.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the gaming, betting, and cashier features of 7bd9, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your NID or passport), a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, a unique password, and your date of birth. You agree to keep your account information accurate and to update it promptly if any detail changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 7bd9 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 7bd9 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 7bd9 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.

Account access is protected by OTP-based two-factor authentication. Whenever a login attempt is detected from a new device or IP address, a one-time PIN will be sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. This OTP must be entered within 10 minutes of issue. If you do not recognise a login attempt, change your password immediately and contact support.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All account balances on 7bd9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT. 7bd9 does not accept foreign currency and does not perform currency conversions. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts; however, 7bd9 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to specific accounts where required for security or compliance reasons.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, maintaining a consistent and auditable payment trail. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash: Typically processed within 1 hour of approval.
• Nagad: Typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval.
• Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval on Bangladesh Standard Time.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must complete the KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and, in some cases, proof of your registered mobile number. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will remain pending until verification is approved. 7bd9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

All deposits and withdrawals must be processed through the official 7bd9 cashier accessible within your account. 7bd9 will never instruct you to transfer funds to a personal phone number or personal bank account. Any such instruction should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 7bd9 — whether on cricket, sports events, live casino tables, or slot games — are subject to the specific game rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. These game-level rules form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with this document. In the event of any conflict between a game-level rule and these Terms, the game-level rule will prevail for that specific game or market.

Bets are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation is issued when the platform returns a Bet ID and a confirmation message following your stake submission. 7bd9 is not responsible for any bet that fails due to connectivity issues, device failure, or insufficient account balance at the time of submission. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account balance is sufficient before placing a bet.

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — are subject to the following additional conditions:

• In-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the platform closes the market; the platform may close in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• If a match is abandoned, reduced in overs due to weather, or declared a no-result before the minimum completion threshold specified in the market rules, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
• In the event of a manifest error in published odds (including but not limited to obvious typographical errors, technical glitches, or odds that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market), 7bd9 reserves the right to void any affected bets regardless of whether they have been confirmed, and to refund the original stake to the player's account.

Live casino games — including Evolution Gaming tables, Ezugi-hosted Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, and all other real-time dealer games — are governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface. Game results are final once the dealer or game system announces the outcome. No result can be challenged on the basis of personal expectation or strategic disagreement with dealer decisions made in accordance with the stated rules.

Slot games and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) use certified RNG systems. Game histories are logged and can be reviewed by contacting support with a specific round ID. RNG certification records are maintained by the respective game providers and are available upon written request submitted to [email protected].

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7bd9 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other relevant Bangladesh calendar events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 7bd9 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players with one active account only. Players with multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus, and any bonus credited to a duplicate account will be voided.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific game categories. Wagering on ineligible games during an active bonus period may not count toward the wagering requirement, as specified per promotion.
• Abuse prevention: 7bd9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or other conduct that in 7bd9's reasonable assessment constitutes exploitation of the promotional system.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7bd9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of account balance (where applicable law permits), and referral of evidence to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point of account verification.
• Using the platform in any manner intended to defraud 7bd9 or any other player, including collusion in live poker or other multi-player games.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or manifest error in odds to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, simulate play, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner without the express written consent of 7bd9.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of crime through the platform, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any action intended to disrupt the availability, performance, or integrity of the 7bd9 platform, including DDoS attacks, SQL injection attempts, or any other malicious technical interference.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or permitting any other person to use your account.

7bd9 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, the platform may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation without prior notice. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 7bd9 reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

7bd9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if, in its reasonable judgement, the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or in any manner that poses a risk to the platform, its players, or its operational integrity. Upon suspension, the player will be notified at their registered email address where possible, with a summary of the reason for the action.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with a written account closure request. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.
• Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
• A closed account may not be reopened for a minimum of 30 days. To reopen a voluntarily closed account, submit a written request to [email protected].

Players who request self-exclusion under 7bd9's Responsible Gaming policy are subject to different terms. A self-excluded account is closed for a minimum period specified at the time of exclusion and cannot be reopened by the player during that period. 7bd9 support staff are trained to handle self-exclusion requests with priority and confidentiality. Where an account is closed or suspended by 7bd9 due to a breach of these Terms, any account balance may be retained pending the outcome of investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as permitted by applicable law. In all other cases, verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
